Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the free Run the Filter masterclass by Jani Havunen and the pages it is offered on, provided by Havunen Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or watching the masterclass, you agree to these terms.

1. The masterclass

The masterclass is a free educational video of about 19 minutes on decision-making under pressure and the Run the Filter framework (NOTICE, FILTER, DECIDE). There is no charge for access. We may change, update, or stop offering it at any time.

2. Access

You get access by entering your name and email address. Please give accurate details so that the link and our emails reach you.

3. Your license

You may watch the masterclass for your own personal or internal professional use. You may not copy, download, re-upload, sell, publicly show, or share the video or its materials without our written permission. Sharing the signup page link is welcome.

4. Intellectual property

The masterclass, the Run the Filter framework as presented in it, and all text, video, graphics, and materials belong to Havunen Consulting or Jani Havunen. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

5. Calls and programs

You may choose to book a call to learn about the Build Toward Executive Intensive or other programs. Booking a call does not create any obligation for you or for us. Any paid program is offered only under a separate written agreement with its own terms.

6. Not professional advice

The masterclass is for educational and informational purposes. It is not therapy, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. See our Disclaimer for more.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, income, or business performance from watching the masterclass or applying its ideas. Results depend on your own situation, decisions, and effort.

8. Limitation of liability

The masterclass is provided free of charge and "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
